Constructed from X50 Cr Mo V15 German Steel, this knife is exceptionally sharp and its curved blade allows you to slice right along the bone. For added convenience, it is easy to hone and sharpen.

Designed with a red ergonomic polypropylene handle, this boning knife fits nicely in the user's hand and will not cause hands to get sore from heavy use. In addition, it has a finger guard to protect against nicks and cuts.
