Most of the products we sell ship directly from the manufacturer within 1-5 business days from the date of order. The average time of arrival is 3 to 12 business days, depending on your location versus that of the vendor. Exceptions, such as freight items or items that are made to order, are noted on individual product pages. This may include items with extended lead times such as those for custom china, tents, linens or other custom made items. We will try our best to get any order shipping by an expedited method out the same day as long as the order is received by 1pm, EST. Once shipped, you will be automatically emailed with a tracking confirmation notification.

Out of Stock

Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.

Return Policy
