We ship most orders by UPS. Orders that weigh over 150LBS. may need to ship via truck freight. In case you received a UPS Ground shipping quote, we will contact you within 1 business day with a freight quote. We will not ship those orders without your permission. Overseas and FPO orders are shipped by The US Post Office. Tracking is available for UPS and FedEx shipments but is not available for USPS shipments.
LionsDeal charges discounted UPS shipping rates based on the size and weight of items ordered, and your destination zip code. LionsDeal works hard to pass along discounted shipping costs to our customers, lower than the standard UPS Ground published rates. However, our manufacturers often charge small order fees, broken case fees, and other handling charges that we must include in our shipping charges, only where applicable. Increasing the size of your order, instead of ordering items on separate smaller orders, will help you avoid these built in handling fees.
In the case of freight charges, we also charge customers the lowest Truck Freight rate we have, based on shipping to a commercial location, without need of a liftgate or inside delivery. If additional services are needed, a LionsDeal representative will contact you with the estimated additional charges for your approval.
Orders that are placed with expedited shipping after 1:00pm ET are not guaranteed to ship out the same day and may ship the following day. Please call our customer service department if your order is being placed after 1:00pm ET and needs to ship the same day. Please note that expedited shipping is calculated by business days only. Saturdays and Sundays are not calculated in transit times or as a delivery days.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
LionsDeal.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Common Shipping Delays
The most common shipping delay results from errors in the shipping address. Please make sure that your shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest
If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or UPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.
Track Your Shipment
Unfortunately, meaningful tracking is not yet available from the US Postal Service. If your shipment is coming by UPS or FEDEX, you can track your order using the tracking info included in your order confirmation e-mail.
