First and foremost is the safety of our employees and customers. Most of our employees are working remotely, so please bear with us as we transition. Longer than normal wait times may occur when calling and chatting live. Our customer service availability hours remain the same as normal.

We are shipping all orders but there may be extra handling time. Orders are being filled in the order in which they are received. Backorder dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We are trying to keep our website as up-to-date as possible but availability on items that are essential as a result of COVID-19 may change faster than we can update. Please bear with us.

Our warehouse employees are aware of all safety best practices when packaging orders, such as frequent handwashing and sanitizing, avoiding touching face, wearing gloves, and staying home if not feeling well.
