Featuring 5 stainless steel burners, it uses gas efficiently to ensure food is cooked evenly and thoroughly while its standby pilot light offers fast ignition.

Constructed from stainless steel, this deep fryer is tough enough to endure the rigors of heavy commercial use and thanks to an oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank, the oil will last longer. As an added safety measure, it is equipped with a self-reset high temperature limiting device that keeps temperatures consistent while its safety valve has an automatic voltage stabilizing function to prevent overheating. In addition, it comes complete with 2 nickel-plated fry baskets and its adjustable legs allow you to stabilize it on uneven surfaces.
