Deep fry foods to perfection with the Atosa ATFS-40 Heavy Duty 40 Lb. Stainless Steel Deep Fryer. Built with stainless steel burners, this deep fryer is gas efficient and its standby pilot light allows it to heat up quickly. Boasting an imported Robert Shaw thermostat, it has a temperature range of 200° -400° F and maintains excellent temperature consistency throughout the cooking process.

Constructed from highly durable stainless steel, this deep fryer can withstand frequent use and extreme temperatures while its adjustable legs with casters give it extra stability. As an added benefit, itself-reset high temperature limiting device maintains consistent temperatures and its safety valve has an automatic voltage stabilizing function to prevent overheating. This deep fryer comes complete with 2 nickel-plated fry baskets and an oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank helps to prolong oil life.
