Manufactured with a stainless steel structure, this electric deck oven has built-in heating elements for a higher thermic flywheel and electronic temperature management with independent adjustment of ceiling and floor. In addition, its casters make it easy to maneuver and its handles are treated with thermoplastic to prevent them from overheating.
