Built with a refractory brick baking chamber, this electric oven bakes pizza and artisan breads directly on the deck while its rock wool heating offers outstanding heat conduction throughout the chamber. This double deck oven boasts 20 customized programs with a daily power-on timer and its tempered glass window and halogen lighting provide excellent visibility.

Crafted from stainless steel with a stainless steel hood and aluminized steel top cover, this pizza oven is made to withstand years of heavy use in any commercial kitchen and can bake up to (12) 12" or (4) 18" pizzas at a time. In addition, its casters make it easy to maneuver. and the handles are treated with thermoplastic to prevent them from overheating.
