The NSF certified Winco CBBU-1218 Blue Plastic Cutting Board 12"x 18" x 1/2" is great for slicing salmon and dicing vegetables. Made of durable polyethylene with a smooth skid-resistant surface, it will resist groove marks while also preventing knives from becoming dull. For added safety and stability, it is made to stay in place while cutting and preparing food.
With a non-porous surface this cutting board will not absorb juice, odor or bacteria making it great for preventing cross contamination and transfer of food borne illness.
