2nd request to review but it is good enough to post agian. As I said, this was a better deal than Amazon, AND the professional seller, being in the business, gave me the information I needed to purchase this pan that I could not find anywhere else, including the manufacturers website. Love the quality, love to cook with it, it has enough real estate to make dinner for a group. I have looked for a pan like this for 7 years since I moved into a FL condo and could not use my old favorite Calphalon 7 quart saute pan even with an induction plate.
