The Winco SPFP2 Stainless Steel Perforated Full-Size Steam Table Pan 2-1/2" Deep allows moisture and excess liquid to drain away from buffet-line foods. This full-size pan has evenly spaced holes that prevent cooked foods from getting soggy and losing their taste and eye appeal.
