As I had said in another review, I love to bake bread. I purchased these to save some trees and hopefully let my rolls just slide off. I was not disappointed. These are just great for rolls and I'm sure they would work on anything else I would use them

Arrived quickly. Quality seems just like my expensive Sur la Table ones. When someone cuts something that is on a tray and they slice through the silplat mat, it is nice to know that I can replace it for $8 not $24!
