I'm not a business nor go I really cook a lot for that matter. I was just sick and tired of my small sifter that I had to squeeze the handle to make work. Plus because it was small, oftentimes I had to fill it up multiple times. The stainless steel 8-cup sifter is wonderful. I only fill it once and turn the handle. The quality is great and I am very pleased with the sifter.
