We bough the red ones, the covers are really tight and keep our food really fresh throughout the day. We use it for cut up fruit so they stay fresh tasting!

Although costumers may not like to hear this, in the food business, good overnight storage is a must! These Polyethylene covers for square containers are great--they're tight and they keep your food sealed very well. A must for overnight storage.
