I make bread each week with my own home grown leaven. These gloves work perfect for pulling out my cast iron pan at 450 degrees. I highly recommend these gloves.

I brought and try this pair of mitt because my local store do not have this type mitt and it turn out to be very functional and lasted a few week so far in a high volume restaurant.
