Use the Winco HAC-142 Hard Anodized Aluminum Cake Pan, 14" Dia x 2" H to bake layer cakes, pies, deep dish pizza and much more. This pan is constructed from 18 gauge anodized aluminum that provides excellent heat conduction and will not warp under high temperatures.
