Use the Winco EWP-2 Full Size Electric Chafer Water Pan to keep food at just the right temperature while eliminating the expense and hassle of chafer fuel. Q: do you add water directly to the black water pan? or do you need an insert?

A: Water is directly added to the electric water pan. The food pan is sold separately.
