Description

The Aluminum Non-Stick Stir Fry Pan, 11" was made to take the challenge out of commercial food prep. Crafted from 4mm thick heavy duty aluminum, this stir fry pan offers excellent thermal conduction over its flat surface and rounded edges. Additionally, this pan features a unique anti-jam design around its full perimeter that will prevent edges from damage while facilitating proper ventilation so pans dry sufficiently even when they are stacked.

This stir fry pan with natural finish boasts a silicone ergonomic handle that is heat-resistant up to 500 degrees to prevent heat-related injuries and is also NSF listed ensuring that is is fit for commercial use.

Q: What is "Quantum" non-stick coating? Can you use metal to stir, like a spaghetti claw to stir?

A: Quantum coating is a unique, high-release, high-wear and scratch-resistant coating. It's best not to use metal on any non-stick pans. The best materials to use are plastic, silicone or wood.
