Adcrat's half size convection oven is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel with a small footprint design for to fit on all countertops. It has a temperature range of 120F-570F degrees, dual fans for quick and even heating and a double wall tempered glass door to keep the heat in. This oven has an interior dimension of 14"H x 18"W x 14.25"D that can fit four half size sheet pans with 3" of space between each rack. This oven comes standard with four 12.25" x 17" wire shelves, a 120 minute timer and an interior light for easy viewing while in use.
