Built with a generously sized work area, This prep table is perfect for preparing all kinds of fresh salads and sandwiches thanks to its upper compartment that keeps ingredients fresh and easily accessible. Designed with an R290 refrigerant and a front-breathing side-mount Embraco compressor, it has superior cold retention capabilities and saves up to 40% in energy consumption. In addition, its digital Dixell temperature control maintains internal temperatures and its flexible magnetic door gaskets keep it sealed tightly.
Manufactured with a stainless steel exterior and interior, this prep table is highly durable and its spacious interior makes it large enough to accommodate the needs of any busy food service operation. For easy loading, its 2 doors will stay open at 90° or less and are also self-closing and come with a standard lock. This prep table comes complete with a 10" poly cutting board and stainless steel food pans that can be used to store a variety of garnishes and other fresh ingredients.
