My skewers (all 240 of them) arrived early and performed very well! I found them quite easy to use - though a reminder: they are sharp! Both of us got minor cuts on the sides of our fingers as we stabbed food. So, before use, a body may want to double check and file down the edges of the points a little bit. We will before our next use - but it's a small thing. I would buy again and would recommend these to anyone looking for a good skewer! Pros: Strong, well made and durable. Cons: Slightly sharp at the edges where the tips had been flattened. I would recommend this item to a friend.
