Returns and Exchanges
At LionsDeal.com your complete satisfaction is our top priority!! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply contact us so we can issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number and provide you with all the proper return instructions. Please be advised that there will always be at least a 25% restocking fee on all returns (other than the exceptions listed below) and that outgoing and incoming freight charges are never refunded. On items that qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible to pay the initial shipping fees incurred by Lionsdeal.com. Since we deal with many vendors and products, a RA number is ALWAYS required for any return to be processed. Please be aware that if you fail to contact us and get a proper RA number, return any merchandise along with your RA that you did not receive authorization to return, or if your merchandise is returned in unsatisfactory condition, you will not be credited for your return.
You may only return items up to 10 business days after receipt and we can only accept merchandise repackaged in its original packing, and received as satisfactory and re-sellable goods deemed by LionsDeal.com, or the vendor. Also, after you have gotten your return authorization number, you must ship your merchandise back within 10 business days or the return authorization number will expire.
If the merchandise you receive is defective or damaged according to industry standards , we will rectify the situation immediately. Although we do all we can at LionsDeal.com to ensure that the right product arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, sometimes things go wrong and an item must be returned. The manufacturer has the final say in determining if a product is defective. If a purchase arrives defective, damaged, or in error, you will not be charged for return shipping or a restocking fee. If you have received damaged, improper*, or defective merchandise, contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to reconcile the situation as quickly as possible.

Please note that all non-credit card payments will be held until the check or money order is deposited and cleared (usually around 7 business days from receipt of payment) and merchandise will be shipped at that time only.
Any merchandise being shipped to NY will be charged sales tax.
Upon completion of your order, make sure to enter your coupon, gift card, or store credit number in the allotted section of the checkout page. You should see the discounted amount applied to your order at this time. Please note that this is the only place where a coupon can be redeemed and if you fail to enter your coupon at this point it will not be validated at a later time. Also please note that all coupons are subject to approval based on the date of the coupon's expiration and the limit of one coupon per customer (a customer is considered any party using similar billing, shipping, or credit card information).

Shipping and Handling
Lionsdeal charges discounted UPS shipping rates based on the size and weight of items ordered, and your destination zip code. Lionsdeal works hard to pass along discounted shipping costs to our customers, lower than the standard UPS Ground published rates. However, our manufacturers often charge small order fees, broken case fees, and other handling charges that we must include in our shipping charges, only where applicable. Increasing the size of your order, instead of ordering items on separate smaller orders, will help you avoid these built in handling fees.

In the case of freight charges, we also charge customers the lowest Truck Freight rate we have, based on shipping to a commercial location, without need of a liftgate or inside delivery. If additional services are needed, a Lionsdeal representative will contact you with the estimated additional charges for your approval.
If you already have an account, simply sign in by selecting the Register button on the upper right of any page and logging into your account. You will be able to see in real time exactly what is going on with your order at any time. You may also contact us and we will be happy to provide the latest status of your order.
Most of the products we sell ship directly from the manufacturer within 1-5 business days from the date of order. The average time of arrival is 3 to 12 business days, depending on your location versus that of the vendor. Exceptions, such as freight items or items that are made to order, are noted on individual product pages. This may include items with extended lead times such as those for custom china, tents, linens or other custom made items. We will try our best to get any order shipping by an expedited method out the same day as long as the order is received by 1pm, EST. At LionsDeal.com we ship from over 20 warehouses throughout the United States to ensure the timeliest shipping. The exact location of the warehouse depends on the item(s) you have selected. Be advised that products ordered from different vendors may arrive on separate dates or may be substituted for products of equal or better quality from a different vendor. If you do not want any substitutions please state so in the notes section of your order.
We are happy to announce that we can ship internationally. When you check out, simply click on the big green button at the bottom of the page that says: "International Orders" and follow the steps to receive your shipping quote and process your order.

However, we cannot ship to PO boxes, APO's or FPO's at this time. If you place an order and list one of these in your "ship to" address, we will contact you for a physical delivery address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hrs, we will cancel your order.
On most of our products we offer four levels of shipping services to accommodate your needs. You can ship via UPS Ground which is the most economical means of shipment, or you can choose expedited shipping of 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or even Overnight should you require the product in a rush and most orders placed by 1pm EST will be processed the same day. Please note that UPS only counts business days as shipping days-Saturdays and Sundays are not considered shipping days.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship under another shipper number and our warehouses are not set up for pickups. The only exception is when a product is shipping truck, in which case we might be able to allow a trucking company that you hire to pick up directly from one of our shipping docks. Please contact us to get more information or to see if this is a possibility for your order.
Since we ship from multiple warehouses, it is quite common that your items will be shipped from more than one location. Since we have warehouses throughout the US, some items may take longer in transit than others. Please rest assured that your order will arrive in a timely manner.

International Shipping
How does your international shipping work?
Lionsdeal has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

Shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors:

The claim must be submitted to Lionsdeal.com via email within 3 days of purchase. The difference +10% will be refunded as a store credit, good for 60 days from date of issue.
    You may apply the price match guarantee on up to 5 of the same item at Lionsdeal.com. Customers are limited to 3 claims every thirty days.
    The price match applies to the competitor's price plus freight charges, handling fees, and taxes compared to Lionsdeal's price plus freight, handling and taxes.
    The 110% price match applies to online orders only and to prices shown by online vendors on items currently in stock. The other store must be an established online store, not an auction or liquidator site. The price match does not apply to sites offering factory refurbished, closeout, or returned items or to sale or promotional prices, rebates, coupons, bulk discounts, or membership pricing. Lionsdeal.com must be able to confirm the price in order to qualify you for the price match guarantee.

    Store Policies
    Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item/s ordered are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these items may take several weeks for delivery. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time.
    Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.
