Exactly What I expected. Great Customer Service

The original carafes I ordered were no longer available, so the Customer Service person helped me to find a comparable item. They took care of the billing difference and I received my quality carafes quickly. The carefes themselves were high quality and were exactly as advertised. Very pleased. The lids were tricky to wash though, as water could make its way into a small opening inside. A few shakes and a thorough dry time and they were just fine.
Pros:
Solid construction, smooth pump action, attractive. Kept the cocoa pretty hot for the whole event.
Cons:
Tricky to wash without getting water in parts you don't want water in.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
