Use the Winco WOK-36 Carbon Steel Chinese Iron Wok 16" to prepare all your special Chinese and Thai dishes. Manufactured from carbon steel, it provides excellent thermal conduction and its 1.2 mm thickness makes it strong enough to retain its shape under high temperatures.
