Made of durable cast iron, this fry cutter includes a lever arm, blade assembly, pusher block and cutting frame to make cutting up fries quick and easy. Simply place a potato on the base and pull down on the long lever arm to push the potato through the blades to create uniformly sized 1/2-inch French fry strips every time.

This durable French fry cutter has screw holes on its legs and suction feet, so it can be either wall or table mounted for added stability, or secured with its suction feet to countertops or cutting boards. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, this fry cutter is easy to assemble and disassemble for easy cleaning and maintenance. It also includes a cleaning brush to clean hard to reach areas. The TigerChef French Fry Cutter 1/2" is also compatible with blade assemblies and pusher blocks of different sizes so you can increase the functionality of your French fry cutter by adding different sized fries to your menu offerings.
