Q: where do you put the coffee?

A: Remove the top/plunger, add coffee grounds, then hot water and stir. Put the top/plunger back on and let it sit for 3-4 minutes, then slowly push the plunger down to hold the coffee grounds in the bottom while you pour.

A: The plunger is removed and then the coffee is added in. Then add hot water and slowly stir. Put the plunger and cover back on and let it sit for a couple of minutes, slowly pushing the plunger down to the top of the coffee to hold it in place at the bottom.
