Cooking is my hobby and I appreciate good quality knives. I have a complete set of of Wustoff Tridents and I pass every one of them for any kind of cutting for my Chinese Cleaver. It feels more natural in my hand than any of two dozen expensive knives I have. I wish I had been able to test one of these cleavers before I wasted all that money on the tridents. I have given several of these cleavers to friends.
Pros:I like the way the cleaver holds a edge and the way it feels in my hand for any type of cutting on any type of food texture.
