I bought these pans for a gift, so I have not used them. However, I am very satisfied with the look and feel of these pans. They are a very nice heavy gauge and I see no reason why they will not work well. Perforated pans are not easy to find in stores.

Appearance and weight.
Cons:
Nothing.
