They are almost the same pizza dough pans I used when I was a young man working at a pizza place in the bronx, nyc they are the best and make my pizza making much faster when there is a large group for a party I love them. Im Building a wood fired out side Pizza Oven.
Pros:easy to clean and last a life time.
