I used the 4 quart round Malibu Chafing dish this past weekend to serve skewers of grilled beef in a orange ginger sauce. The skewers sticking out of the chafer gave a crown effect. Very classy chafer!
Cons:
There is no slot to hold the lid when in use.

Nice gold accent, but not practical for large caterings. This will do very nicely for a dinner party at home or small office gathering. It gives a classy feel to the event.

Although I received other items that were damaged & with parts missing and did not receive 1 item that I ordered with 2 of these chafers, I did receive 2 of these in good condition. I like them very much, but hope that your company will rectify the other issue that i commented on with the other items that I ordered with the Chafers which I DO like very much.

I often used the oval or the square I think the round is nice look also. this line- the malibu collection is one of the nicest out there---stainless steel with gold accents. Really nice. I'm happy with this buy--got a bunch of them for a buffet I'm doing next week for some high end clients--I'm very excited and I'm sure it'll go over well.
