The spoons are heavy and well made. when you hold them they fit well and are have the weight of an expensive utensil. They are well made and are smooth.

Replacement Relief!

Needed extra teaspoons for Thanksgiving...those in our stainless set were $69 each from Replacements, and I figured they would eventually disappear as those I was looking to replace had. So, while the design of Shangarila was not as handsome as those from Towle, they blended in beautifully and their weight was very satisfying! I would highly recommend! And, shopping from website was efficient, helpful, and complete. Fast shipping, too!

Heavy duty elegence

This spoon is heavy and feels good in the hand. While very functional with good spoon depth, it has a simple elegance with clean lines and a nice feel. Good balance and a feeling of quality are also hallmarks of this design. It is perfect for our use as flatware in our company kitchen where it is used by any employees who bring their own lunch.

I have finally found quality flatware at a price that won't break the bank! Like the previous reviews I must mention how impressed I was by the quality of these spoons. I have no doubt that spending the extra few bucks to upgrade to the extra heavy weight was well worth it!

This pattern is absolutely fantastic. They are large and very heavy and feel like quality. I have looked for silverware(stainless) like this my whole life. We really like this pattern.
