Not as sharp as I'd hoped
May 26, 2014
These knives look like steak knives and feel good in the hand. They match perfectly the other Lafayette tableware I own. They are no sharper, however, than the regular Lafayette butter knives. If you want a sharp table knife that will easily cut steak and pork chops, this is not the knife for you. They need to be wiped down after washing or they will water spot and show little rust marks (we have hard water). Still, they are attractive and are good for cutting chicken and softer meats. At this price, these knives can be considered a bargain.
