I actually like this one better than the matching fork. It's also very, very simple, but has nice clean lines and feels pretty sturdy.

I consider this knife to a be fresh new look even if its been in my cafe for a year, they always look nice and neat and orderly. they are simple to clean because there are no crevices

Ordered these for our steakhouse, obviously we also have steak knives but for the regular knife this works well. Goes with our table setting.
