I bought 20 dozen allowing for some to be broken or cracked during shipping. Had very few with broken upon receipt and only a few that had other flaws. Carterer picked chargers up from tables & put into boxes for us to take home, with a small percentage getting broken during the process. Will use again since we have four more daughters to get married. Pros: Good price for quality. Cons: Choice of additional colors besides gold or silver. I would recommend this item to a friend.
