I received this chair just 2 days after I placed the order. After using it for a few days, I noticed the mesh was pulling out of the frame in one spot. I called and reported the damage, sent an email confirming it and in 2 days, I received a new chair back. I didn't have to return the damaged one or the whole chair for replacement. I'd rate this company and it's customer service as excellent!
