This non-stick Black Buster coated pizza pan is ultra-perforated with 3/8" diameter holes. The Black Buster line of pans was designed for commercial-grade pizza making. All Black Buster pans are treated with a food approved non-stick coating and are conducive to even heating, easy cleaning and require minimal pan preparation.
