Built with an R290 refrigerant and a front-breathing side-mount Embraco compressor, this prep table is highly efficient and conserves up to 40% in energy consumption. In addition, it has a digital Dixell temperature control that maintains internal temperatures while its magnetic door gaskets prevent cold air from escaping.
Made with a stainless steel exterior and interior, this prep table has a sleek professional appearance and is tough enough to endure the rigors of heavy commercial use. As an added benefit, its doors have a standard lock and are self-closing with stay-open feature that enables them to remain open at 90° or less. This prep table also includes a stainless steel food pans and a 10" poly cutting board.
